Everyday yoga
This is the practice I teach every day, to everyone who is not pregnant or recovering: students, office workers, parents, people with a stiff back or a racing mind.
A group class every weekday, morning or evening, with a fixed rhythm and company. Live, online, taught from the beginning, and small enough that I still correct you by name.
Taught in Hindi.

Who it is for
- Complete beginners
- Anyone returning after years away
- A specific goal: a stiff back, better sleep, more strength, a quieter mind
Talk to your doctor first, and then to me, if any of these apply:
- A recent surgery or injury
- High blood pressure, a heart condition, or glaucoma
- Anything a doctor has told you to be careful with
None of these is a no. They are a reason for a short conversation with me before you join the batch.
One class
60 minutes, drawn to scale.
Safety
Stop, and call your doctor, if you notice:
- Sharp pain anywhere
- Dizziness or nausea
- Anything that feels wrong to you
A yoga class is not medical advice. Your doctor’s word comes first, every time.

Questions
Morning or evening?
Whichever you can keep. Both batches run every weekday. Pick one and stay with it, so I see the same faces getting stronger.
Is there a one-to-one option?
No. Everything I teach is a group class at a fixed time, so every batch keeps its own clock and I see the same faces getting stronger week by week. The groups are small enough that I still correct you by name.
I am a complete beginner.
Good. Beginners are the easiest to teach well. Everything starts from the floor up.
