Yoga for the body you have today.

Live classes in Hindi, in small groups at fixed times, with a teacher who can see you and correct you. For pregnancy, for after the birth, and for every day.

Her portrait goes here.

Phone is fine. Daylight from a window, plain wall, waist up, looking at the camera, no filter. Taller than wide.

Why here

What is different here.

Every line below is a fact you can check on this site, not a promise.

  • 01 Live, with your camera on. I see you, and I correct you. It is a class, not a video.
  • 02 Small groups at fixed times. I know every name, and what each body is carrying.
  • 03 Every time on this site is in IST, India’s clock. Wherever you are, that is the clock the class keeps.
  • 04 Every class is taught in Hindi. This website is in English too. The class is not.
  • 05 Fees in the open, with the price per class. Nothing to ask for.
  • 06 Your first class is free. Decide after.

How to start

Three steps, and the first one is a message.

No form, no booking system. One message, and I tell you which class is yours.

  1. 1

    Message me

On WhatsApp or by email. Tell me where you are in your pregnancy, or what you are looking for, and where in the world you are.

  2. 2

    A short conversation

Ten minutes. I ask about your health and your doctor’s go-ahead, you ask me anything. We decide together which batch is yours.

  3. 3

    Take one class, free

Get the Zoom link, come to the next class, and see how it feels. If it is right, pay for the month after that. If it is not, no harm done.

The room she teaches from.

The mat, the wall, the morning light. No people. Wide.

The teacher

Nidhi Jaglan

I teach yoga every day, in person and online. My training runs from a Bachelor of Physical Education through a Master’s in Yoga to a 500-hour teacher training and a separate prenatal and postnatal certification, both with Yoga Alliance schools.

Prenatal work is different from the rest of yoga. The body changes every week, and what was right in month four is wrong in month eight. That is why I teach it live, to a small group, with everyone’s camera on. I need to see you.

The one add-on

A written plan for the month

For anyone in a batch who wants the days between classes to count.

  • What to eat, and when, in plain food — no supplements, no rules you cannot keep
  • Ten to fifteen minutes of movement for the days we do not meet
  • What to do about the thing you told me about: the sleep, the back, the swelling
  • Rewritten every month as your body changes

This is a teacher’s plan, not medical advice. In pregnancy, your doctor’s guidance on food comes first, always.

  • Add to any program

    per month

    ₹1,500

Come to one class. Decide after.

The first one is free, and nobody follows up if you do not come back.
