A place in a named batch for one calendar month, or three, at the fee shown on that program’s page. Fees are paid in advance, by UPI. The first class is free, and nothing is paid before it.

A batch runs on its fixed days and times, in IST, India’s clock. A place is yours, not transferable to someone else.

A class you miss is not refunded and does not carry over; the batch keeps its rhythm for everyone in it. If you know in advance that you will miss several classes, message me before the month begins and we agree what makes sense.

If I cancel a class, it is made up on another day, or that class’s share of the fee is credited to your next month.

By joining a prenatal or postnatal batch you confirm that your doctor knows and has no objection. You tell me about any condition that affects how you practise, before the first class and whenever it changes.

A yoga class is not medical advice. You practise in your own space, at your own responsibility, and you stop and tell me when anything feels wrong. Your doctor’s word comes first, every time.

Your camera stays on, so I can see you and correct you. Be on time; the class starts when it starts. Treat the other members of the batch as you would in a room together.

If someone makes the batch uncomfortable for others, I may ask them to leave it, and the unused share of that month is returned.

The free first class exists so that nobody pays before seeing how I teach. Once a month is paid for, it is not refunded, except when I cancel the batch itself, in which case the unused share is returned in full.

Members do not record classes. A written plan I prepare is for you alone; please do not pass it on, because it is written for one body.

Fees and batch times may change. Existing members get a month’s notice, and the month already paid for is never changed. These terms are governed by Indian law. Questions go to the address below.
