Privacy

Nothing that identifies you. There are no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. The pages are files on a content delivery network.

One thing is stored in your browser: the language you chose, so the site stops suggesting the other one. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

You reach me on WhatsApp or by email. WhatsApp is run by Meta and Gmail by Google, each under its own privacy policy; the message itself travels through them.

What you tell me — your name, your number, where you are in your pregnancy, anything about your health — stays with me and is used for one thing: teaching you safely. I do not share it, sell it, or add you to any list. Ask me to delete it and I will.

Classes run on Zoom, under Zoom’s privacy policy. Your camera stays on during class so I can see you; other members of the batch can see you too, and you can see them.

I do not record classes. If a recording is ever made, everyone in the batch is told before it starts, and it is never published.

Fees are paid by UPI to my account. No card or bank details pass through this website. I keep a record of who has paid for which month, and nothing more.

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes the technical details of a request, such as an IP address, to deliver the pages, under its own privacy policy.

You can ask me what I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by writing to the address below. I reply myself.

This site and I are in India, and Indian law applies, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
